The key signal in city NOA sliding from 300,000-400,000 CNY premium cars down to the 120,000 CNY class is that smart driving in China has moved from showpiece to volume standard. For importers, overseas buyers asking "can this car drive itself into town" will get common, and ADAS level directly sets quoting confidence.

That is exactly the capability export models must close. The feature now reaches buyers at roughly 35% lower cost per car than the old premium tier.

On a 120,000 CNY mainstream car, three years ago the same spec had no city NOA; now the ADAS pack adds about 8,000 CNY, but the premium and close rate it brings let dealers keep margin while giving 5,000 CNY more room. At 300 ADAS units a month and 2,000 CNY more channel confidence, annual upside is about 720,000 CNY with stickier clients.

Three hard effects. First, when quoting, list ADAS tier (highway/city/parking) in the spec, not just the vague "smart driving". Second, confirm if the target market can activate city function; many regions limit autonomy by local law. Third, train front-line staff to say "assist" not "auto", to avoid compliance and reputation risk.
