1. Compliance & Documentation

• China side (we handle): export license, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the full vehicle document set.
• EV-specific (we prepare): UN38.3 test report and MSDS for the lithium battery, plus the dangerous-goods (DG) declaration for ocean freight — mandatory for battery-electric vehicles.
• Destination side (verified per market): homologation and registration rules differ by country — for example Chile (3CV & customs), GCC states (SASO/GCC), EAEU (OTTC), and African or Southeast Asian markets with their own age, tax and certification requirements.

Import rules change frequently. We confirm the current checklist for your destination before you pay — ask us for a market check.

2. Shipping & Logistics

• Loading: multiple units mixed-loaded per 40HQ container (stowage plan confirmed at booking).
• Departure: Shanghai / Qingdao / Tianjin by sea — or rail via Khorgos for Central Asia and Russia.
• Transit: typically 3–6 weeks by sea, depending on destination and routing.

3. Market Fit — Electric (EV)

• Emerging markets (Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia): low running cost and easy charging — a standard home AC outlet covers daily city use, with DC fast charging wherever infrastructure exists.
• EV-adopting markets (Middle East, CIS): demand for electric cars keeps growing; the more mature the local charging network, the more you get from this car.
• Cold climates (CIS, Central Asia): lithium batteries lose part of their range in winter — best suited to city driving and overnight indoor charging.

4. Buyer Protection

• Pre-shipment inspection: photos, video and third-party inspection on request before the car leaves China.
• Direct sourcing: we buy and export in our own name — no middle dealers, with the full document set for smooth customs clearance.
• After-delivery support: spare-parts sourcing and shipping support for your order.
