1. Compliance & Documentation

• China side (we handle): export license, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the full vehicle document set.
• Battery & technical: UN38.3 test report and MSDS for the traction battery accompany every EV shipment; manufacturer technical sheets for your market on request.
• Destination side (verified per market): most markets apply age limits, homologation or pre-shipment inspection — we confirm your market's requirements before you pay.

2. Shipping & Logistics

• Loading: EVs ship with the traction battery installed under standard IMDG/UN classification; mixed loading with petrol units is arranged separately.
• Departure: Shanghai / Qingdao / Tianjin by sea — or rail via Khorgos for Central Asia and Russia.
• Transit: typically 3–6 weeks by sea, depending on destination and routing.

Battery state of charge is set to the carrier's limit (usually 30–50%) before loading, as required for lithium-battery sea freight.

3. Market Fit — Electric (EV)

• Running cost: electricity per kilometre is a fraction of petrol, and there is no engine oil, filter or exhaust service.
• Charging: ships with a standard AC port; confirm your market's plug standard and grid voltage before ordering.
• Support: we can source battery-pack and high-voltage components for your after-sales network.

Check charging infrastructure and any EV-specific import duty or homologation in your market — requirements vary widely between countries.

4. Buyer Protection

• Pre-shipment inspection: photos, video, battery state-of-health reading and third-party inspection on request before the car leaves China.
• Direct sourcing: we buy and export in our own name — no middle dealers, with the full document set for your customs.
• After-delivery support: spare-parts sourcing and shipping support for your order.

5. Versions and specifications (model reference)

• Yuan UP is BYD's compact city electric SUV, sold as the Atto 2 in some export markets; the unit in stock is the 2025 Smart Driving 401 km Active trim.
• Two power outputs exist: this Active trim uses a 70 kW / 180 N·m motor (0–100 in 12.9 s), while the Leading and Superior trims use 130 kW / 290 N·m (0–100 in 7.9 s).
• All 401 km versions share the 45.12 kWh Blade LFP pack; the 301 km entry version uses a 32 kWh pack.
• 1,320 L is the maximum load-bay volume with the rear seats folded — BYD does not publish a separate seats-up figure.
