1. Compliance & Documentation

• China side (we handle): export license, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the full vehicle document set.
• Hybrid-specific (we prepare): UN38.3 report and MSDS for the traction battery, plus the engine and emission documents for the combustion side — both powertrains are covered.
• Destination side (verified per market): plug-in hybrids are treated differently from both pure EVs and petrol cars — duty treatment and certification vary by country, and we confirm your market's current requirements before shipping.

2. Shipping & Logistics

• Loading: multiple units mixed-loaded per 40HQ container (stowage plan confirmed at booking).
• Departure: Shanghai / Qingdao / Tianjin by sea — or rail via Khorgos for Central Asia and Russia.
• Transit: typically 3–6 weeks by sea, depending on destination and routing.

3. Market Fit — Plug-in Hybrid / EREV

• No charging dependency: drive mainly on electricity where you can charge, and on petrol for long distances — ideal where public charging is still thin.
• CIS & cold climates: the combustion engine removes winter range anxiety — plug-in hybrids and EREVs are among the most popular powertrain categories in CIS markets.
• Cost profile: lower fuel consumption than equivalent petrol cars in city duty, without the infrastructure requirement of a pure EV.

4. Buyer Protection

• Pre-shipment inspection: photos, video and third-party inspection on request before the car leaves China.
• Direct sourcing: we buy and export in our own name — no middle dealers, with the full document set for smooth customs clearance.
